Policies & shipping Times: 

• orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping time: UK: 2-5 business days via Royal Mail     US Mainland: 7-14 business days via USPS 

Shipping cost:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location.
• Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes for US shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost and Damaged items:

• If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days.
• For UK orders, we will either replace the item or issue a refund once confirmed.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets,
• Shipping times are estimated; delays due to customs, weather, or postal service issues may occur.
